What ToDo 1.3 is out!

I released What ToDo 1.3 (my Getting Things Done task management app for Mac) last night. The new version adds task colors, task priority, and and rich text editing of task and context notes, as well as a bunch of minor UI improvements.

What ToDo 1.2 was released in early July, so this has been a long time coming. These new features don't sound like a lot, but there was a large amount of infrastructure work that had to get done before I could add them. Now that this work is done, I hope to be able to add features at a much faster clip.

For the first time in a long while, I'm really excited about what's coming down the pike with What ToDo. It's going to be a fun ride.

Excellent! I look forward to the future updates. Any chance a search feature will be added?

Yes. I'm planning on search and filtering in the next major release.

Excellent! I love this app, but I couldn't make it work without the search.

I will be impatiently waiting (in the most loving, supportive way possible).

Not to be greedy, but...any quicksilver compatibility?

What ToDo currently supports basic quick entry using Quicksilver. (See the FAQ at http://www.objectivesatisfaction.com/what_todo/support.html for details). I'm planning on making the Quicksilver parser more sophisticated at some point in the future -- for now it only supports item descriptions, contexts and notes.

That's more than enough for me. Thanks for the heads up.
